And look  how lovely she is with her beautiful curly hair and her close best friend. I think this is a wonderful image.

I use watercolors markers to color her and the beautiful paper from Maja Design. I hope you´re like it!!!!

Paper Nest Dolls - Ice Princess

Hi Everyone, today I wanted to share a scene I have made using the adorable Ice Princess for the Paper nest dolls new release.  I have coloured her with copic markers and used a white gel pen as the snow.  This clogged and I ended up using white acrylic paint, but ended up with the effect I was happy with.

Riding Hood, You Make My Tail Wag

Hi everyone! Jen here today... happy to bring more fairytale inspiration your way! My gate fold card features little miss Riding Hood. You can also find the red rubber stamp here.

I used the big bad wolf pup on the front - however, you should know he's really quite friendly once you get to know him. When you open the card, you are surprised to find riding hood, which folds down to give you plenty of white space to write a message on the inside of the card.

Tower Princess by Jen

Hi everyone! Jen here... and I'm excited to be joining the design team after guesting with Christine these last couple of months. 

Today, I'm showcasing the new fairytale digital image, Tower Princess. You can also find the red rubber stamp here. Aren't these fairytale dolls simply adorable??? It's hard to pick just one!!

I colored the image with Copics. The stenciled background and grassy hill were inked up with distress oxide inks and popped up with foam tape. More details can be found on my blog, Haystack Cards.

Princess and Apple with Sean

Hello everyone, Sean here to share with you my newest card using the SUPER cute Princess & Apple from Paper Nest Dolls!

Isn’t she SOOOO cute!!! I used a scalloped edge die and cut it twice, scoring the back piece 1/4” and adding a little adhesive. Then pressed the 2 pieces together. The Background elements were added using various dies in my collection as well as the basket and apples.

I May Need More Coffee

Hey everyone, Jammie here, just popping in between cups of coffee to show you the card I made this morning.....

I colored most of the image live yesterday in the Sweet Sentiment group on facebook.  (https://www.facebook.com/jammie.clark.731/videos/374182133189241/)  Feel free to click the link and watch the replay. 

I made the background by first making a gradient of red Distress Oxide inks then spritzing with water an dabbing that off.  over the top of that I laid a stencil and used the "Ground Espresso" color of Distress Oxide ink. I then embossed the sentiment using Nuvo embossing powder in "Hot Cocoa" and of course added a few half pearls.

I found this Easter paper in my stash of scraps. I love it when I can put scraps to use. I've been working on using scraps instead of new papers. Sometimes it's easier than others.
