Artist Emma by Noelene

Hi all

Noelene here today sharing a card I made using the sweet image from PND called "Artist Emma"

This is actually the first PND image I ever coloured. I found her in a pile of coloured images waiting to be turned into cards. It was a day I felt like I had lost my mojo. She looked so cute with her paint pallet that it immediately gave me inspiration to create. What gives you inspiration when you have those kind of days?

I kept it simple & created a rainbow background by colouring directly onto my rainbow stamp using Distress Markers. Before I stamped my paper I lightly spritzed the stamp with water. 

Doesn't she look sweet?

Surf’s Up with Surfer Owen!

Cheerleader Ellie By Cat

Hi Everyone! 

Cat here!

My share today is using Cheerleader Ellie from Paper Nest Dolls.

This is a perfect little girl, not just for a cheerleader but for a celebration.

 I have used the digital image for my card. 

 The image has been coloured with Promarkers.

Skin: Pale Peach, Blush, Vanilla, Blossom

Hair: Burn Umber, Cocoa, Cinnamon

Outfit: Cool Grey 1/2, Black, Aubergine, Purple

Pom poms: Lilac, Lavender,Orchid, Violet, Plum, Glitter Glue 

I have used square and rectangle dies, as well as an Oval Tattered lace die, stars and bunting. 

The papers have been taken from a paper pack from a UK £1 store - I do like my bargains, so you could use any purple paper

To complete I added some gems, twine and Sparkles glitter.

May Your Days Be Filled With Sunshine by Noelene

Hi all,

Noelene here with you today. Winter has arrived in Australia & it got cold very fast! I have been daydreaming of warm sunny days & going to the beach. 

Is it Summer in your part of the world? That brings me to my latest card. For my inspiration today I am using the super cool PND image called "Beach Day Emma". 

I have coloured her with Copics & used some pretty Pion Design paper for the background. I used dies to create the card layers & lastly decorated with some pretty flowers.

Sailing By To Say Hi!

Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day!

Stacey with you today to share a fun shaped card (I love those!) that I created.

To create my card, I used a Sailboat cut that I found in the Silhouette Store and welded two pieces together to form my base and then assembled the boat pieces on top of the base. I used a metal die to cut out some waves and then layered that along the bottom edge. I colored that adorable Emma With Anchor image with my Copics and popped her up onto the front with some foam tape. I added my sentiment, some white doodles and a little heart with glossy accents and my card was done!

I think she is so cute and definitely ready to do a little sailing!

Just a Girl and Her Cat

Hi crafty friends!  

It's Amanda here with my very first card with Paper Nest Dolls!  

I am so excited to share this Build Your Own Nest card!  I had so much fun creating my own living room!  I felt like an interior decorator!  

To create this card, I printed the background first on a piece of 80lb. Neenah Solar Classic White cardstock.  I cut it down to A2 size (4.25" x 5.5").  The background consisted of the window, frame, and the rug.  

Next, I printed all the other images on a separate piece of cardstock.  Before printing, I put the cat and the girl on their chairs so that I didn't have to cut them out separately.  I also put the books under the table.

I colored all the images with my Copic markers and then used precision scissors to cut each image out.

Hair:  E29, E09, E08

Skin: E11, E00, E000

Grays: N04, N03, N02, N01

Yellows: Y17, Y04, Y02, Y00, Y000

Greens: G20, G24, G12, G00

Browns: E35, E34, E31, E30

I used 3D foam squares to adhere my images to my scene, except for the items on the table.  I used liquid glue for those items.  

There are so many possibilities with this Build Your Own Nest set!  I can't wait to make more scenes!

Tropical feeling

Hey sweeties, today it is my, Sandra's turn to show you something really cool!

Have you ever used a digital stamp and made it into a cutting file?
I used Surfer Emma with glasses from our beloved Paper Nest Dolls new release and got her on a tanktop I sewed for my daughter.

It looks so absolutely tropical and summerly and my daughter LOVES everything about it!

The bright colors and the reflections on Emma's glasses are way too fun.

You Are My Summer

Stacey here to share my very first project as a Design Team Member for Paper Nest Dolls!!

I'm so excited and am looking forward to sharing with you my creations using these adorably cute stamps!

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you all today using a new stamp that hit the store earlier this week for the June Release.

I created my card base from some white cardstock and layered some pretty pink patterned paper on top. I added some striped patterned paper, a little scallop border and added some crochet thread. For my main focal piece, I die cut two circles, one from yellow and one from white. I inked around the edges of my white circle with some blue ink & added some Kraft cardstock to act as sand to create my scene. I colored that adorable digi called, Surfer Emma with my Copic markers and used my Scan N Cut to cut her out. I popped her up onto my card with some foam tape and added a small amount of gold glitter glue here and there on the sand for some sparkle. I completed my card by heat embossing my sentiment, adding a palm tree as well as some enamel dots.

I think Surfer Emma is so incredibly cute and makes such a perfect addition to a summer themed card!

As so many of us wont get to go and a sunny vacation I thought a really cheerful summer card was needed, and these two looked perfect to be a couple who serf the waves together!

Life's a beach

Hi there, have you already seen the new cool release from Paper Nest Dolls? 

I couldn't resist surfer Owen and had to make a summerly, tropical-influenced card. 

With some design paper in the background, a few die cutted leaves that I colored with my Copic Markers, a wonderful beach scene was created.
