It's my BIRTHDAY!!!! I'm the BIG 4-0. What better way to celebrate than making myself a cool birthday card? Just kidding! I gave this to a crafty friend of mine who I know will appreciate the fun pop up! This is Cupcake Avery and I used the fun Cupcake Pop Up Die from Karen Burniston to create a colorful interactive card.

Evil Fairy by Noelene

 Hi everyone, Noelene back again today to share some D.T inspiration for the Paper Nest Dolls.

 Do you like to make your Halloween decorations?

For my project today I used the new image from the newest Villains Collection called Evil Fairy.

I created this shadow box for my daughters room by using cut files to make the shadowbox, flowers & cut vinyl for the name.

Evil Fairy

  Hello my crafty friends!!

Today I'm showcasing the stamp Evil Fairy. She comes in red rubber stamp and digital stamp.  I used the digital stamp of this image.  I colored her up, then used papers from Once Upon a Time by Echo Park and sentiment from Candi O Designs.  She is one of my favorite villians!!!

Lazy Days of Summer Card

 

Hello Crafty Friends! Happy Summer! It's Laurie here! I am sharing my Lazy Days of Summer Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card for Paper Nest Dolls using the digital stamp Surfer Emma. When you buy her, you get 2 digital stamps for the price of 1! Surfer Emma with and without sunglasses.

I can’t believe that summer is almost over! Emma and I are going to miss those lazy days of summer sunshine!

For my card, I had fun colouring Emma with my Copic markers. I created a summer vignette for my cutie with the surfing van and a palm tree sticker poking out from the circle. The surfing van was a svg file that I downloaded and cut out on my Silhouette Cameo machine. The svg file comes as a box card, but I only wanted the van. Easy enough to separate the file into the pieces that I needed. It was so fun creating the van to match my coloured image with the hot pink. Who wouldn’t love to drive a hot pink surfer van!

Since it’s a beach card, of course, I needed water, sand, and sun! So, my paper was perfect for two of those elements! The sun and sunshine die cuts completed the other element. I love the sentiment “The lazy days of summer” which sum up my card perfectly and matches the purple colour of her bathing suit!

You and Me by Noelene

Hi all, Noelene here with you today to share another card for PND!

For my inspiration today I am using the sweet image called "You and Me".

This was made as an Engagement card for a newly engaged couple, so I layered up with some pretty paper & matching heart dies, & flowers to embellish.

The original image has "You + Me" text in the tree, (see pic below). I decided omit it from my image & added the couples initials by hand instead.

I Love School

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's that time again... Back to School. This year should be exciting because most places will be in person! My twin sister had to spend all last year being the virtual teacher for her district so I know she is looking forward to decorating her class room and giving hugs! This card using School Girl Avery was inspired by her amazing patience, kindness, and being the best teacher in the world.

Amara with Lily "Hello" Card

Hello PND Friends! Betty here today.  We have reached a little over half way through summer and August is the hottest month here in California. It's hovering around 100 degrees, but I still rather have it hot than cold. I like the longer days since I seem to be more productive. This week, I am working on some generic, all occasion cards for my stash. I just love this cute stamp from Paper Nest Dolls called Amara with Lily. She makes a very cute and cheerful Hello card that is great to send to friends that you haven't seen in a while. With this COVID pandemic still lingering around, I am still staying home as much as possible.  

For this A2 card, I used the digital version of Amara with Lily; however she also comes in red rubber. I printed her on white cardstock then colored her with Copic markers.

I trimmed the image and used a corner punch to round the edges and matted it with teal cardstock. I used patterned paper from my stash to make other mats. For the orange mat, I used a rectangular scalloped die from Gina Marie Designs. I cut out the Hello sentiment from a Stamp Anniething die using white cardstock and green cardstock. I used the green one as a shadow. To finish the card, I added a white bow and some flowers from I Am Roses.
