Love Shack Valentine's Day Card

Hi PND Fans! Betty here today. There is still time to make some Valentine's Cards! I am loving this cute digital stamp set by Paper Nest Dolls called Love Shack. This set, inspired by the B-52's song, Love Shack, has seven digital stamps in this set. To make this A6 size card, I first printed the stamps I wanted to use for my card. I colored them with Copic markers then fussy cut them out.

My "Party On!" Card

Hello Crafty Friends! It's Laurie here! I am sharing My "Party On!" Card as my Design Team Inspiration Card using Party Princess Ellie by Paper Nest Dolls. 

This past weekend Paper Nest Dolls turned 9 and reached over 6,000 members on their Facebook Group! Congratulations Paper Nest Dolls! Party Princess Ellie was a digital stamp that was given away for free to all attendees, but you can still get her until this Friday, Jan 21, 2022! Details of My Card

I am planning to give this card to my niece whose birthday is coming up. So, I coloured Ellie with my Copic markers to match her colouring and the Doodlebug paper. Don’t you just love the kitties with the balloons on the side panels!

For my card, I decided that I wanted to create a fun fold called a free-standing triple panel shaker card! Say that three time fast! Lol! I also wanted to use some balloon dies that I thought would be perfect for a birthday card and go along with Ellie’s heart balloon. The Balloon dies are to make a pop-up window, but I thought a shaker card would be a fun interactive element instead!

Instructions to Create a Free-Standing Triple Panel Card

• Cardstock size: 8 ¼” x 5 ½”
• With the 8 ¼” side along top, score: 1 ¼”, 2 ¼”, 6” and 7”
• Fold the sides in a Z pattern

My Groovy Slimline Birthday Card

 

Hello Crafty Friends! It's Laurie here! I am sharing my Groovy Slimline Birthday Card using Doll Detectives by Paper Nest Dolls for my Design Team Inspiration Card. This bundle comes with 6 digital stamps including 2 boys, 2 girls, a dog, and a van.

The Details of My Card

For my card, I decided that I would create a CAS (clean and simple) slimline card to fit all my cute characters. So, I layered my PNG stamps in Word to create my scene and then coloured them with my Copic markers.

I thought it would be fun to add some flowers to the sky to add interest. So, I took my digital van and blew up only the flowers, coloured them and fussy cut them out. You have to love being able to do that with digital stamps! Once they were cut out, I outlined them in a black multiliner to cover up any areas where my fussy cutting wasn’t perfect. It also allowed them to pop from the page.

For my sentiment, I decided to cut it up to fit on the side of the van like a banner of sorts with another flower and a sequin. The only die I used was the stitched one to cut out my scene. My finishing touch was a couple of other sequins.

Choo-Choosing You to be my Valentine Shaker Card

Hi PND Fans! Betty here with a Valentine's shaker card. Besides Christmas cards, my favorite cards to make are Valentine's Day cards. It's because I love the colors of red and pink and I love hearts! Today's card is using Paper Nest Dolls' newest release called Love Train. It's a set with 8 adorable images! This set comes in digital and in red rubber. I used the digital set so that I can make it the size I want for this 6x6 square card. 

I printed the images and colored them with Copic markers. I then fussy cut each one out, even the little hearts!

  Hi all, Noelene back to share some D.T inspiration today using a sweet stamp from the Paper Nest Dolls.

For today's card I am using Flower Cart Avery.

I have created a shabby card on a 6x6 base. I roughened the edges of my paper bases to give a worn look with scissors before laying on each other. Then I embellished it with lots of pretty embellishments, using lace, flowers, die cuts crystals & pearls.
