Ice Princess by Noelene

Hello crafty friends, Noelene back today to share some D.T inspiration for the Paper Nest Dolls.

Today I am taking a break from Christmas cards as I had a special request from a little person who is turning 7 this month. She was having a Frozen theme birthday party so the image I have chosen to use is called Ice Princess.

If you have been following my work for a while you would know that I have used this adorable image in the past on a card with other Fairytale Princesses, (you will find the original post here), & on a Snowdome project, (for the original post here).

I started with a 6x6 base and put down some glitter cardstock. I then place an embossed sheet of white brushed cardstock. You would have seen this in my last post. I finished off my Winter theme with a shaker on my card. Lastly I glued some flowers to embellish & placed my image on top of some foam squares.

Copics:

Hair: T1, T3, T5

Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11, E13, R20

Clothes:B0000, B000, B00, B01, B02, B04

Snowman: BG000, B60, C0, C5, C6, Y32, YR15

Although I have created a birthday card, this card could have easily been turned in a Christmas card with a few minor changes.

Ice Princess is available in rubber here & digital stamp here.

Fairytale Princesses by Noelene

Hello everyone, Noelene back again today. Taking a break from Christmas cards to share my latest card and a fairytale.

Once upon a time there was a little girl who wished for her Aunt to make her a Princesses card with lots & lots of Princesses......

Her Aunt started out with an SVG file for the card base from Doodlebug Design and then cut it out with her Silhouette cutting machine. This card was too large to create as an open card, so a slim line card was attached on the back from the towers to the base to hold up the card.

The Aunt then chose 6 adorable princesses from the Paper Nest Dolls called "Princess and Apple", "Ice Princess", "Princess with Rose", "Princess with Glass Slipper", "Sleeping Princess" and "Polynesian Princess". She Then coloured her princesses up with Copics. Finally to embellish some die cut flowers & shaped sprinkles were added.

Ice Princess by Noelene

 Hi all,

Noelene here with you today to share my latest D.T. Christmas inspiration. Do you like to make your own Christmas ornaments?

Today I am sharing a cute little snow dome bauble I made using the cute Ice Princess image from the Princess Collection. I coloured the image & fussy cut it, then made a background to go into the dome. More details on how I did this can be found here.

Lastly I added the fake snow, decorated with dies, seam binding, ribbons & berries.

Ice Princess can be found in rubber here & digi format here.

Hope you enjoyed my inspiration today!

Thanks for stopping by!
