Today i would like to share with you a little something made by Wendy Ramlakhan. She is a wonderfully talented artist, who will be teaching Copic classes at my store in Florida on April 20th . Princess Ellie  is just one of the  images that she will be using for the her classes. I am VERY excited to take her classes and learn some of these amazing techniques .

A Rainy but Happy Day!

Morning all - well its me Katrina from Creations By a Butterfly and its my first time posting for The Paper Nest Dolls! Im so excited to be here and be part of this amazing journey with Christine and the team! 

Now I just hope I'm doing all this right but I'm here to share with you today a card I made from one special little lady to another :) 

Yesterday was my little girl's 3rd Birthday and I could think of no better image than 'Rainy Day Friends' available here from the store :) - they remind me of my girls (when they are getting along!).  So this is the card I have made for my 'big girl' to give to her sister!

I coloured the image to look like them (I have a very blond and a very brunette!) and I tried to include their favourite colours in it as well - just so it was a bit more personal!

The image was coloured with copics and the papers, ribbon and charms were from my stash.  The beautiful flowers are from a good friend of mine!

Circus Gift Set

Good morning bloggers, 

This is Elizabeth from Cardville, today I am doing a GDT spot for the Paper Nest Dolls.

I have had the chance to use several of these super sweet stamps in the past and I must say I love to color them. 

The ones I've used on this gift set are perfect for a child's birthday:

The stamps I used are the Circus Clown Owen (card), Circus Seal Sammy (tag) and Ringmaster Ellie (bag) all available at the Paper Nest Dolls Digital and Rubber Stamp online Store.

I used cardstock in yellow, orange and red, and Basic Grey papers. I used a Martha Stewart Punch, and the sentiment stamps are Whimsey stamps.

I colored the digistamps with my Copic Markers. Colors used: Skin: E13-11-00-000, R32-30. Hair: E29-27-25-23-30, YR24-23-20, Y11, E31, Reds: R37-35-32-30, Blues: B26-23-21-0000, Yellows YR24-23-20, Y23-21-11, Purple: V09-17-15-12-0000, Greens: G28-25-0000, Greys: C5-3-1-00. For the ground I used: E35-33-31-30, YG95-93-91
