Pretty Little Girl

Happy Monday! Just a quick post today to share with you a super cute card made by guest designer, Cristina!

Isn't it adorable?! She used the Strawberry Emma digital stamp and paired it with the perfect paper! We're also loving that it ties in with our new flower challenge - which can be found HERE on our challenge blog!

You Are the Sunshine of My Life

Happy Sunday! Sonia here today with a special guest designer post! I made this little scene card using "Bikini Ellie." Not only is she a super cute, girly digi, but it marks a new stage in my crafting because I am going to start using digital stamps from other companies again. Of course, I will keep drawing and sharing my digis, too, but there's cuties out there (like Ellie!) that I can't resist anymore. :)

For this card I used papers from Echo Park, and Copic markers to color Ellie. I used the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder for the sand, a Fiskars punch for the ocean, and an SKdigis digital stamp uploaded to my Silhouette and traced the outer edge toe cut it.

The sentiment in the middle is 1" perfectly sized to cut out with a circle punch. I also added some lace to create the foamy-like waves created when the waves reach the sore, and used lots of pop dots for dimension.

Girl Talk

Good Morning! Its Katrina here with you again today!  Hope you are all well today :) 

Im here with what I hope is a 'sunny' project for you all - I have had so much fun with the recent new release and there are two that are my favourite from this set!  So I'm here to share with you today a notebook I have made using the cute 'Girl Talk' available from the store.

She is just so sweet and that hair! Yes you all know I love hair!! 

I coloured the image with copics and the papers are from MME 'Collectables' xxxx - now I'm not normally one for bright and cheery creations - I'm more of a pastel girl…. :)  BUT I think this came up so well - so I will defiantly try more like this!

Happy 4th of July!

I would like to wish everyone a

 Happy 4th of July, have a fun and safe holiday.

Today I'm going to share Sparkler Ellie from

The Paper Nest with you,

she is perfect for any 4th of July project, card, or

 scrapbook page. Plus you will see how I change it

 up some to make her for any occasion you want, if you have 

the imagination to do it.

I made the card shape like a star, used way to much

red, white and blue paper (I think I went a little over board)

colored it with V20 to give it
a darkness like if it was night,
not sure how if it worked.

The inside of the card I left blank to write 

whatever you want or add a sentiment 

from a stamp.

Now take a look at the sentiment it kinda fell sorry

but I changed it so she can be used for many 

things as I said before.

Who Loves Bubbles? I Do I Do!!!

          Hey it is Nikki for the Paper Nest Dolls.......Who doesn't love bubbles? I know I do!. I decided to make this a fun filled month of featuring the Paper Nest's boy stamps.... I realized that I don't use Owen very often so the month of July is dedicated to him....... this particular card is using Bubble Fun Owen, a new release from the last blog hop..... You can find him here.

          Adorable huh? I inked this guy up with Copic markers. His skin is coloured with E000, E00, E11 and R20. His hair: E50, E51 and E53. I inked his shorts with E40, E41, E42, E43 and E44. Owen's shirt is coloured with Y13, Y15, Y17, Y18, BG72 and BG78, as is his sandals. Flowers and grass: G07, YG17, Y08, YR07. Doggie: T3, T5 and T7. The bubble and pot: B0000, B00, B01. I covered the bubble and pot with Crystal Effects to make it look wet.....{like a bubble}.

          This 5.5X5.5" square card is made from Gina K Kraft card stock. I used Fancy Pants "Down By The Shore" patterned paper. I distressed the edges with Tim Holtz distressing ink in Walnut Stain. I added some dimension with Bella Blvd Clouds chip board pieces. I also added some dew drops.... that look like extra bubbles.....The faux stitching is done with Signo Uniball white gel pen. Hope you enjoy this..... stay crafty my friends....... =)

Copic Hair Color 3 & Skin Tone 2...

Hey everyone Heather here from Heather's Hobbie Haven.

I have a new hair color for you.

How about a red head this week.

I color from dark to light, but if you color from light to dark that’s great to.

Just reverse the color order.
