Just a Note to Say Thank You

Hello Everyone, it's Betty here on the blog! It's time to make some thank you cards to replenish my stash. I am using the cutest bee digital stamp from Paper Nest Dolls called Lulu Bee. It also comes in red rubber in the name of Lil Bee Emma. This adorable stamp makes the perfect A6 size shaker card. I used the Hexagon Stack Die from Paper Roses to create the shaker. 

Supplies used:

• Paper Nest Dolls digital stamp Lulu Bee
• Paper Roses Hexagon Stack Die
• Stephanie Bernard/Sizzix/Stamps of Life Windows stamp set and dies
• Penny Black Sentiment Collection
• A6 white card base
• Black cardstock (Mat layer 1)
• Yellow cardstock (Mat layer 2)
• White cardstock (card front)
• Shaker bits
• Clear acetate
• 1/4" double sided foam tape

I colored the stamp using Copic markers in the following colors:

Skin: E13, E11, E21, E00, E000

Hair: E37, E35, E33, E31

Yellow: YR24, YR14, YR21

Black: T9, T7, T5, T3

Purple: V17, V15, V12

Green: G28, G14

Wings: T3, T2, T1, 0 Plus Arteza silver glitter gel pen

Noelene here with you today to share with my latest inspiration.

It is Spring time here in Australia, my favourite time of the year! Don't you just love spending time in the garden when the weather warms up? For my next 2 posts I will be sharing some cards I made using some cute insects that we all love!

For todays card I am using the sweet Lulu Bee. I coloured her with Copics then added some pretty matching papers & embellished with bee themed dies & flowers.
