Nurse: Another Word For Hero

Stacey here with you today to share a sweet card that I created using the 

Essential Worker Nurse from Paper Nest Dolls. 

I started my card by creating a dark blue card base and layering some fun Nurse themed patterned paper on top. I used a Zig Zag Die to cut out a piece of blue cardstock, as well as a piece of white cardstock, and added a bit of doodling around the perimeter. I added some twine before popping up the layer onto my card with some foam tape. I colored that adorable Essential Worker Nurse from Paper Nest Dolls with my Copic markers and cut her out with my Scan N Cut. Once I had her trimmed out, I popped her up onto my card with more foam tape. I stamped my greeting, tucked it behind my image just a bit and finished my card by adding some enamel hearts and Nuvo drops.

I think this came out so cute and I can't wait to send this to my daughter! Hopefully it puts a smile on her face after a long day.

A Friend Like Gnome One Else!

Stacey here with you today to share a fun card that I created using the 

Gnome Set from Paper Nest Dolls. 

I have a soft spot for Gnomes, especially super cute ones so I of course was itching to print out some images from the Gnome Set by Paper Nest Dolls and make a card. I printed that fun mushroom house and that sweet little girl onto some white digital cardstock and colored them in with my Copics. Once I had my images colored in, I used my Scan N Cut to cut them out. I die cut a white Scallop rectangle and did a bit of light blue coloring to create my sky, staying inside the stitched lines to give the appearance of a white scallop frame. I added some green cardstock to act as my grass and then added my mushroom house and Gnome. I added some red crochet thread to the top, tying it off into a bow before adding my image panel onto my card base. I completed my card by adding some white doodles, some glossy accents on the door knob and my greeting along the bottom.

I'm so happy with how this card turned out! I think it is just so fun!

Your Friendship Warms My Heart

Stacey here with you today to share a fun coffee themed card that I created using that super cute image, Avery With Coffee. 

To create my card, I started by creating an A2 card base from some Kraft cardstock. Next I built my card front layers by cutting some fun coffee themed patterned paper and layering it with some green patterned paper. I added a white strip, along with my sentiment, tied a hemp twine bow and attached everything to my Kraft card base. I colored that adorable image from the Paper Nest Dolls, Avery with Coffee, with my Copic markers and used my Scan N Cut to cut her out. I popped her up onto my card with some foam tape for a little extra dimension. I finished my card with a little heart by the sentiment and some enamel dots in the top corner.

I think this turned out so cute!

Sending Sunshine

Hi everyone!

I hope you are having a fabulous day!

Stacey with you today to share a bright and happy card that I created using 

Sunshine Ellie from Paper Nest Dolls. 

To create my card, I started with a white card base and layered some striped patterned paper on top. I used a border punch to create a lacy edge to the sides of a white cardstock panel and trimmed down a piece of light blue paper to fit in the center. I stamped my greeting along the bottom, added some twine and then popped up my panel onto my card front with some foam tape. I printed out Sunshine Ellie from Paper Nest Dolls onto some cardstock, sizing her at 4", and colored her with my Copic markers. Once I had her colored, I used my Scan N Cut to cut her out and I popped her up onto my card with more foam tape. I completed my card with some faux stitching with my white gel pen and a few sequins for some sparkle.

I just thought this image was so cute! I love sending happy mail and I hope this brightens someone's day with a little bit of sunshine (in paper form of course lol).

Sailing By To Say Hi!

Stacey with you today to share a fun shaped card (I love those!) that I created.

To create my card, I used a Sailboat cut that I found in the Silhouette Store and welded two pieces together to form my base and then assembled the boat pieces on top of the base. I used a metal die to cut out some waves and then layered that along the bottom edge. I colored that adorable Emma With Anchor image with my Copics and popped her up onto the front with some foam tape. I added my sentiment, some white doodles and a little heart with glossy accents and my card was done!

I think she is so cute and definitely ready to do a little sailing!

You Are My Summer

Stacey here to share my very first project as a Design Team Member for Paper Nest Dolls!!

I'm so excited and am looking forward to sharing with you my creations using these adorably cute stamps!

Here is a look at the card that I created to share with you all today using a new stamp that hit the store earlier this week for the June Release.

I created my card base from some white cardstock and layered some pretty pink patterned paper on top. I added some striped patterned paper, a little scallop border and added some crochet thread. For my main focal piece, I die cut two circles, one from yellow and one from white. I inked around the edges of my white circle with some blue ink & added some Kraft cardstock to act as sand to create my scene. I colored that adorable digi called, Surfer Emma with my Copic markers and used my Scan N Cut to cut her out. I popped her up onto my card with some foam tape and added a small amount of gold glitter glue here and there on the sand for some sparkle. I completed my card by heat embossing my sentiment, adding a palm tree as well as some enamel dots.

I think Surfer Emma is so incredibly cute and makes such a perfect addition to a summer themed card!
